Election Update # 10
During December 2021 ICAI election out of 10,997 new members 4,541 new voters (youngsters) have voted who have become members during the year 2019, 2020 and 2021.
Out of 4,541 new voters; interestingly 1295 are from Andhra Pradesh, 1165 are from Telangana, 797 from Tamilnadu, 773 from Karnataka, 504 from Kerala and 7 from Puducherry
The increase in turnout is mainly due to increase in membership (i.e. addition of three more years). Same members are voting every year.
