Where are invalid votes? I think there are no invalid votes declared.
DeleteInspite of the delays associated with manual voting due counting, recounting and the extra precautions taken, manual voting and counting is the best and is fool proof with ballot papers as evidence and should be followed in all types of elections in a democratic set up

ReplyDeleteHow can one cast an invalid vote? A CA professional who audits and validates everything, won't one read the rules as to how to cast a valid vote?
